I found this layout too 'boxy' and therefore wanted to experiment with shapes more like I have in my posters and with the branding.
I then added sharp edges to the layout adding more dimension and shape to the design. I added pool tables and a rough idea of what the bar would look like. The rectangles popping out represent glass, industrial lifts that would allow people easy access to the upstairs floors around the area in multiple place.
However, in particular, I wanted to focus on the bar.
I focused on the bright colours for the bar linking to my branding stage and allowing that pop of colour in the back. I created many closeups of the bar with different glasses, bottles etc to create the lit up effect.
I then created a model of a bar.
I decided to design the different logos and posters on the bar as what it would look like with designs/ menus on the wall.
